At Beyond Unseen, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to fix it.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at toofficialforu@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
Print-on-Demand Note
Because our products are made to order through Printify, we are unable to accept returns for sizing issues (please check our Size Guide before ordering). We do accept returns for defective or damaged items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
